At Loreto Rainbow Homes, we believe that each child is precious—and every girl deserves a childhood filled with safety, dignity,
and opportunity.
Through the Loreto Rainbow Homes Programme, we currently provide long-term, comprehensive care to over 500+ young girls across
3 residential care hostels and support our young adults fulfilling their dreams.
Ours is a voluntary, non-custodial residential model, where children make an informed choice to live at Loreto Rainbow Home while
families continue to remain connected.
By creatively sharing existing school spaces as homes, ours is a model that is simple and valuable allowing us to reach many
more vulnerable girls without creating institutional barriers. Each Rainbow Home ensures access to the fundamental rights of
every child—education, shelter, nutrition, healthcare, recreation, love, and emotional support.
Our approach goes beyond care; it focuses on reintegration. The girls attend regular schools, beginning their journey into
mainstream society from day one. By the time they reach 18–20 years of age, they emerge as high school graduates, college
going adults, educated, confident, socially aware, and ready to take ownership of their lives and futures.
Loreto Rainbow Homes is not just a shelter—it is a home, where resilience is nurtured, dreams are alive, and young girls are
motivated to reclaim their place in society.
Together, we are making life worth living and building futures.
